What You will do

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Overseeing the CS team &amp; ensuring compliance with Companies Act, 2013.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to independently draft agenda, minutes, compile and maintain secretarial records, company law and Reserve bank filings, supporting internal and statutory audit.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization are up to date and approved by the committee.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure compliance with Shareholders Agreement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">E-filing of necessary forms and returns before the regulatory authorities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Maintenance of ROC and RBI files and records.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Implement processes or systems to ensure good management of the organization.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Intimation to RBI about inward remittances and outward remittances and transfer of ownership and control of Companies, if any.</li>
</ul>

What you will need 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">8-10 years of experience</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Banking experience shall be preferred</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good Investor and Shareholder communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Consultative approach while advising on the matters.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Related qualification in Company Secretary , LLB is preferable </li>
</ul>
