<li>Manage housekeeping, security, and maintenance services for the offices.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ensure all offices/branches are fully equipped with necessary infrastructure, office supplies, and IT support.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Property &amp; Vendor ManagementAssist in new branch/back-office setups, lease renewals, and infrastructure planning.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with vendors for ATM maintenance, cash vault security, and facility upkeep.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Negotiate contracts with third-party service providers, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.</li>
</ul>

<li>Work with internal departments such as Legal, Business Finance etc. on drafting agreements with third parties.</li>
</ul>

<li>Security, Safety &amp; ComplianceEnsure RBI-mandated safety protocols, fire drills, and security measures are strictly followed.</li>

<li>Maintain records for branch safety audits, compliance checklists, and vendor certifications.</li>

<li>Work with legal and risk teams to ensure banking premises meet government regulations.</li>

<li>Employee &amp; Customer Experience Management Ensure seamless seating arrangements, workspace allocations, and visitor management at offices.</li>
</ul>

<li>Address employee concerns related to administration, travel, and workplace support.</li>
</ul>

<li>Maintain high service standards in customer areas, banking halls, and employee breakrooms.</li>
</ul>

<li>Budgeting &amp; Cost Optimization Assist in budget planning for branch/back office infrastructure, security, and administrative functions.</li>
</ul>

<li>Identify cost-saving opportunities in procurement, facility services, and vendor contracts.</li>
</ul>

<ins>Required Skills &amp; Qualificat</ins>ions

<li>2-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or corporate administration.</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.</li>
</ul>

<li>Proficiency in MS Office, and facility management (ticketing) tools.</li>
</ul>

<li>Knowledge of corporate office operations, vendor contracts, and lease agreements.</li>
