<li>This role is based out of the SOUTH India region and the candidate would be required to cover the entire customer base in South India.</li>

<li>Frequent travel would be an integral part of the job.</li>
</ul>

<li>Proactively connect with the customers to generate new Service opportunities. Keep track of the upcoming turbine overhauls and promptly create offers for the spare parts and repairs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Should be well versed with Industrial Steam Turbines product portfolio and have good technical understanding of the technology.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Should have very good connect with the customers and possess strong negotiation and convincing skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Should have strong backround of Oil &amp; Gas, Steel, Paper &amp; cement market.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Identify potential customers, build and maintain relationship with new and existing customers.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Stay closely connected with the customers and provide extensive support to the customers on a regular basis.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate internally with proposals, PM, OM, Engineering and Field Service teams in order to ensure timely resolution of customers inquiries and requests.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure timely submission of offers and monitor the price &amp; delivery commitments in alignment with internal functions.</li>
</ul>

Educational Criteria:

<ul>
<li>10 years experience into Sales (preferably into Service business of Industrial Steam Turbines)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering from a reputed institute.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Should possess strong communication and presentation skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Steam Turbines</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of commercial and financial aspects of contracts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent negotiation skills.</li>
</ul>
