<ul>
<li>The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) production and assembly processes. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and improving quality systems, conducting inspections, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer and regulatory requirements. </li>
<li>Develop and implement quality control plans for PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections of PCBs and assemblies to identify soldering defects, component misplacements, and other anomalies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure compliance with IPC standards (IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, etc.), other relevant standards and customer specifications.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Performing inspection at supplier &amp; project site premises as applicable.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Analyze production data to identify trends and root causes of defects.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with production teams &amp; other stakeholders to implement actions to resolve quality issues and improve processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">: Maintain accurate process documents, quality records, inspection reports, and audit findings and report the status to Management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Monitor, Analyze and present quality performance metrics to management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Document and report non-conformances, initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Evaluate incoming materials and components for compliance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve material standards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Support vendor development &amp; vendor quality assurance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 22163, RoHS, IPC and other relevant quality standards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and other safety protocols are followed during inspection and handling.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Support internal and external audits. </li>
</ul>
Desired Skills: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering, or related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">5–7 years of experience in PCB production and assembly quality assurance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Certifications in IPC (preferred).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience with PCB inspection techniques.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 22163, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proficient in data analysis, root cause analysis, and quality reporting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience in complaint handling from supplier </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. </li>
