Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Implementation:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Create Dropwise Merchandise Display Manuals (MDMs) specifically for the Home and Non-Apps Private Brands (PB).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure the quality and timely completion of MDMs for a seamless rollout, while maintaining straightforward guidelines for the frontend team.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Schedule regular reviews with the Merchandise Presentation Head VM to ensure adherence to standards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Work closely with the VM Operations team and category teams to communicate visual merchandising standards and expectations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Train and coach store staff on visual merchandising best practices and the importance of maintaining display standards.</li>
</ul>

Monthly Model Stores Drive:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Organize monthly training sessions and walks in key stores to lead the team effectively during model store assessments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Roll out MDMs promptly across Home, Non-Apps PB, Impulse, and provide direction for NB displays.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collect feedback and continuously improve the MDM rollout process with input from the Merchandise Presentation Head VM.</li>
</ul>

Creative Direction:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Manage the creation and roll-out of Merchandise Display Manuals (MDMs) for assigned categories.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with key stakeholders to oversee the timely implementation of new displays and merchandising concepts</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Introduce innovative visual merchandising ideas and techniques to enhance the overall shopping experience and drive sales.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Stay informed about current trends in visual merchandising and retail to ensure the brand remains relevant and appealing. </li>
</ul>
<ins>Qualifications and Education Requirements</ins>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Bachelor’s degree in visual Merchandising, Fashion Design or a related field (preferred).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Coral Draw &amp; Photoshop. </li>
