<li>Performance Monitoring: Analyze account performance metrics and warehouse operations to identify trends, optimize processes, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and address any issues that may arise.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work proactively to expand service offerings and revenue.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Training and Leadership: Lead and mentor the KAM team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven experience in key account management, sales, or logistics, with a preferred background in warehouse operations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li>
