Role &amp; responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manages sampling commitment deadlines and capacity management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Effectively verifies the cost sheet and forwards to the buying agent / buyer after consulting the Div. Manager</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Books production capacity based on orders / forecast received from the buyers</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensures all materials / approvals are in place prior to the PCD as per Time &amp; Action calendar. Plans &amp; follows up with production dept to ensure that the goods are shipped on time by monitoring daily production status.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensures and checks that correct quality is maintained at the sampling stage / bulk stages. Also quality of fabric/trims need to be monitored.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Effectively follows up the target with the concerned department &amp; maintains cordial relationship with all the other departments in the organization</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Adds &amp; expands business value by developing &amp; managing clients &amp; accounts effectively</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Effectively follows up on the payments once the shipments are executed depending on the payment terms e.g T/T; L/C at sight / 30 days / 60 days etc..in co ordination with the accounts / documentation dept.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain Cordial relation with all departments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">To strategise innovative ideas to simplify process and make it more efficient.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">To generate required MIS reports and provide the same to the concerned Departments.. OCR follow up and ensuring minimum dead stock of material. </li>
