Key Responsibilities- 

<ul>
<li>Lead and manage complex engineering projects aimed at optimizing production processes and reducing costs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Responsible for complete Project Industrialization activities, work with supporting functions like Materials / Tooling / Process / Manufacturing team to make successful project delivery.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>To propose &amp; justify (investment vs. assembly cost) the most economical manufacturing process architecture according to the rules of SPS (Schneider Production System) &amp; LADM (Line Architecture Design Methodology) in ‘DO’ stage gate. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Responsible for traceability and digitalization approach definition.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">As the window between R&amp;D and equipment supplier, to work out the best solution for assembly.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Communicate with plant/GSC to convince the equipment solution and investment</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>To design manufacturing line architecture, complete the technical specification of assembly means / automatic line</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">To launch and qualify the assembly means / automatic line according to industrialization budget &amp; schedule</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">To train plant staffs and transfer the Industrial files to plant</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Create and maintain technical related documents and standards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Conduct time studies and work sampling to establish standard work practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Mentor and guide junior engineers and support staff in best practices and methodologies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards</li>
</ul>

Qualifications 
<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment (mechanical designer background is a plus).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Certification in Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) or equivalent process improvement methodologies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Proficiency in industrial engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Creo, or similar.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and statistical tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent project management skills (Microsoft project planning) with a proven track record of leading successful projects.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;">Experience with MES systems and production planning software is a plus.</li>
