JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

What she/he will do: 

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Guide the Squads focusing on creating high value releases </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Partner with Product Owner to ensure strategy and execution alignment </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Be the key facilitator and primarily responsible for facilitation of Squads events </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive continuous improvement by coaching Squad members in Agile methodologies to maximize efficiency and self-improvement, and drive change management. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage inter-dependencies between squads, identify risks and opportunities for execution and business success. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify, escalate, and help find resolutions to Squads impediments </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">master Agile processes and fine tune them to Squad needs (e.g., mixing Scrum &amp; Kanban to manage maintenance &amp; development) while providing tools and methodologies to accelerate Squad delivery </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead animation of a multidiscipline cross functional squad -- Design &amp; Engineering, Industrialization, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing plants, Launch. </li>
</ul>

</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate to the agile transformation of the squad </li>
</ul>

QUALIFICATIONS 

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor’s degree </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">8+ years of work experience </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">3 years of product or project development experience would be advantageous </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong facilitation techniques </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to build and lead Squads in a matrix </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Promotes Agile values and principles </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of an Agile Framework (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), and knowledge of at Agile at Scale frameworks (i.e. SAFe, Scrum at Scale) </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery Squads </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate priorities. Interaction with senior leadership. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in one or more of the cross functional disciplines for New product development lifecycle (Design, Test , Quality, Industrialization etc.)</li>
</ul>
