Competency to Scale (C2S): Accelerate Internal Speed through External Expertise (Partner with EMCTO)

Infrastructure to Scale (I2S): Prototype &amp; Test Externally to Remove Internal Bottlenecks (Partner with EMCTO)

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Leverage internal assets such as SE, GSC (Testing &amp; Prototyping), and EMCTO (Testing &amp; Certification).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Establish external partnerships using pay-per-use models for prototyping and testing.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure infrastructure readiness for rapid scaling and innovation.</li>

Development to Scale (D2S): Accelerate POC Development for Rapid Learning

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive proof-of-concept (POC) development through collaborations with startups and development firms.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implement project packaging models to enable quick experimentation and iterative learning.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Foster a culture of “fail fast, learn faster” to enhance innovation cycles.</li>

Manufacture to Scale (M2S): Optimize Production through Strategic Outsourcing (Partnering with GSC)

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Apply learnings from industry best practices (e.g., LK) to medium-scale production.</li>

Label to Scale (L2S): Expand Market Presence through White Labeling (Partnering with Procurement)

Partner to Innovate (P2I): Co-Develop Future Technologies

Qualifications &amp; Skills:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Education background: B.Tech / B.E in Industrial Management, MBA  from Tier 1 college</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven experience in strategic leadership roles focusing on scaling and innovation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong ability to build and manage external partnerships and ecosystems.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Expertise in resource optimization, infrastructure planning, and agile development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Deep understanding of emerging technologies and market dynamics.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
