Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Preparing BP080 Document (Mapping of As-Is process to To-Be Process) and get sign-off from client</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Conference Room Pilot (CRP) environment Setup</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Conduct Conference room pilot testing, unit testing, and integration testing. Test script preparation.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manuals</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Testing of Customizations (Forms, Interfaces and Reports)</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment Setup</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist users in UAT and resolve UAT issues</li>

 Qualifications/Technical skill

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Master’s or bachelor's degree in finance</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Total work experience approximately 4 to 8 years</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Oracle Finance modules Hands on Experience in Oracle R12 and experience in implementation of GL/ AP/ AR and FA is mandatory</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">India GST and EBTAX is desirable</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Minimum two End to end implementation in R12 - Strong Accounting Knowledge</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good experience in Migrations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Should have strong communication (written and oral) and experience of working with stakeholders in US/ Europe</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Should working in MNC and mandate to work from Schneider office from Day1 and adopt hybrid model of working.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong Business Analyst skills (e.g., analytical skills, requirement engineering, design thinking, agile methodologies)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience working in Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Team player who is skilled at building up and managing stakeholder relationships</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and time zones required</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good self-management skills and stress resilience </li>
