Key Responsibilities:

Supplier &amp; Technology Management

<li>Identify and evaluate new suppliers based on capability, quality, and cost.</li>
</ul>

<li>Map and assess new technologies for integration into existing processes.</li>
</ul>

Cross-Functional Coordination

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Quality, R&amp;D, Production, and Purchase teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Facilitate communication between departments to align project goals and timelines.</li>
</ul>

Product &amp; Process Development

<ul>
<li>Lead part and assembly development from concept to production.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and tools for efficient manufacturing.</li>
</ul>

Manufacturing Process Expertise

<ul>
<li>Apply knowledge of component manufacturing processes to optimize production.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conduct time studies, takt time calculations, and line balancing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Design and layout production lines for optimal efficiency.</li>
</ul>

Continuous Improvement &amp; Lean Projects

<ul>
<li>Drive improvement initiatives such as:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Value Stream Mapping (VSM)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Value Engineering (VE)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>SMART Projects</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills &amp; Competencies:

<li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling.</li>
</ul>

<li>Proficiency in design software for jig, fixture, and tool development.</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience with lean tools and methodologies.</li>
