Key Responsibilities:
 
Supplier &amp; Technology Management

Cross-Functional Coordination

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Facilitate communication between departments to align project goals and timelines.</li>
</ul>

Product &amp; Process Development

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead part and assembly development from concept to production.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and tools for efficient manufacturing.</li>
</ul>

Manufacturing Process Expertise

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Apply knowledge of component manufacturing processes to optimize production.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct time studies, takt time calculations, and line balancing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design and layout production lines for optimal efficiency.</li>
</ul>

Continuous Improvement &amp; Lean Projects

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive improvement initiatives such as:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Value Stream Mapping (VSM)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Value Engineering (VE)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">SMART Projects</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills &amp; Competencies:
