<ins>Key Responsibilities</ins>

Order Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Record and validate Purchase Orders (POs) in Oracle.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure accurate sales order booking aligned with customer requirements, including drop shipment processes and tax documentation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create QSKUs and Job Codes; act as Single point of Contact (SPOC) for HUBs and Front Office.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain updated order backlog and follow up with production to meet delivery timelines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Review work order status backlog and manage Work-In-Progress (WIP) consumption.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Validate and control purchasing activities and ensure timely invoicing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support internal audits through documentation traceability and compliance.</li>
</ul>

Logistics &amp; Transport Support

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in preparing logistics documentation based on project scope and factory inputs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support export/import processes by compiling required documents (e.g., Certificate of Conformity, Movement Certificate).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor shipment progress and update tracking records to ensure alignment with Incoterms.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Help optimize logistics costs by gathering transport quotes and preparing booking requests with proforma and packing details.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Communicate with suppliers to follow up on deliveries and support service level improvements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collect and report data on plastic packaging consumption for compliance and sustainability tracking.</li>
</ul>

Project Coordination &amp; Stakeholder Engagement

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Participate in opportunity pipeline reviews and adapt processes per project handover plans (P1).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, offer management, sales).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Communicate with stakeholders across time zones as per RACI matrix.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Report delivery progress to MDC Project Manager and ensure milestone adherence (CPP).</li>
</ul>

Process Improvement

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and digitization.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Contribute to the standardization and simplification of order and logistics processes.</li>
</ul>

Required Qualifications &amp; Skills

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">5+ years of experience in order processing, logistics, or supply chain coordination.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in Oracle ERP (Order Management, Inventory, Payables, Financials) or similar systems (SAP).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Fluent in English and Local Language (preferred for local coordination).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, transformational environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Willingness to travel up to 15% (domestic and international).</li>
</ul>
