Responsibilities

<li>Execute new initiatives that could be transformational in our sales journey that would amplify smart energy management business across all platforms</li>
<li>Responsible for identifying potential &amp; developing market and driving sales growth : Grow more &amp; grow DEEP saturating similar industries</li>
<li>Create coherent plan to ensure new ideas &amp; experience translate to positive reach with our customers creating a stellar post sales installation &amp; Service mechanism</li>
<li>Build new growth engine that includes complete cycle of lead management, sales conversion, installation &amp; service in India</li>
<li>Drive end-to-end Target specific programs &amp; drive KPI of amplifying Sales</li>
<li>Understand related technologies, platforms, payment structures &amp; Influencer Marketing to create a holistic plan</li>
<li>Succeed in building recurring revenue modelsConversant with digital dashboards leads, sales, usage, productivity &amp; other channel metrics &amp; use them appropriately for growth</li>
</ul>

Requirements

<ul>
<li>MBA in Marketing/Sales or a related fieldWork experience in Automation sales is not mandatory but good to haveRelevant experience leading and executing ideas, delivery oriented actions &amp; working with many stakeholdersExperience in identifying target audiences and devising transformations that engage, inform and lead to conversionRelevant experience in end-to-end supply chain</li>
