This position is accountable for, but not limited to:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Layout and configuration of switchgear.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design of control schemes, utilizing PLCs and/or relays, to accomplish automated transfer operations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Creation of electrical one line, elevation drawing, schematics and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design of ground fault protective schemes, including those involving multiple sources.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Generation of bills of material, and modification of standard assemblies as required to suit the application.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Interpreting customer requirements by reading customer documents such as customer one line, specification, layout drawing etc</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensures assignments are within design, budget and schedule limitations. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Communicates project concerns and suggestions, both verbally and in writing, with the Project Manager and Engineering Manager</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Participates as needed in proposal acceptance reviews, offering acceptance or recommendations for improvement on the systems engineering scope of work and labor hours estimated on the proposed project. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide virtual technical support for shop floor for the orders engineered.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Take up stretched assignments as and when needed.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should be able to work on Shift- Flexible timings support United states SE-shop floor</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Minimal travel may be required.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Competencies:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of low voltage switchboard / switchgear design, installation, and Application</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience using AutoCAD.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Familiarity with Relays &amp; Its function.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge on UL standards (UL1558 , UL891 ) is added advantage.</li>
</ul>

Qualification:
 
<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">BE/B.Tech or Masters in Electrical/Power system Engineering along with 2 to 5 years of experience in the  manufacture or design of electrical distribution equipment. </li>
