Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work with the Landing Zone architects to design new features</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">As Tech lead, support the technical skills ramp-up of the team members and will help ensure consistency &amp; quality of deliverables from the team</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Help remove technical blockers and provide technical guidance to team members</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work closely with the Network and Security teams to ensure consistent design and implementation of Schneider cybersecurity &amp; network security principles</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Participate in all SCRUM ceremonies and implement new requirements from the backlog</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide guidance to Application Architects and/or Product Development Teams through consulting activities</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain &amp; upgrade implementations and automation</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Consolidate &amp; continuously update documentation/wiki &amp; how-to guides </li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
The candidate is expected to have the following technical skills and experience:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hands-on experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure &amp; governance (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong experience in provisioning, configuring and deploying Azure infrastructure, Azure policies, creating CI/CD pipelines, release management and IaC</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Expert level knowledge of Azure Cloud including the following:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Cloud networking knowledge covering macro and micro-segmentation, Virtual Networks/VPCs, sub-netting, route tables, VPN, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, IPsec, Load Balancing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Network services knowledge: DHCP, DNS, AWS Route53/ Azure Private DNS Zones, NTP, Azure Traffic Manager</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong, working knowledge of Configuration and Infrastructure as Code concepts</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Authentication, Directory Services, LDAP and IAM: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Certificate Services, PKI, Single Sign-On, AWS IAM.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Cloud storage knowledge covering Azure Storage Accounts, Azure Blobs, Azure Files</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Cloud messaging knowledge covering Azure Notification Hub, Azure EventGrid, Azure ServiceBus, Azure EventHub, IoT Hub</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of tools: Github Actions, JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of agile development practices (SCRUM, SAFe)</li>

Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Certified Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104, AZ-700, AZ-305)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">8+ years of relevant experience on Azure DevOps and or Infrastructure Engineering</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">5+ years’ experience engineering/operating IT Infrastructure solutions in Microsoft Azure</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience of IaC with Terraform</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience as a Technical Lead for a team</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Master's or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Agile certification from SAFe and/or SCRUM</li>
