SFDC (Salesforce):

<li>Manage end-to-end business cycles: Lead to Opportunity, Quote to Order, and Order to Cash Collection.</li>

<li>Drive digital automation and user experience optimization.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate cross-functional projects integrating multiple stakeholders and systems.</li>
</ul>

DMS:

<ul>
<li>Enhance channel partner experience across onboarding, deboarding, and operational workflows.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all DMS modules.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with sales, service, product, marketing, finance, channel and other teams to improve partner-facing features.</li>
</ul>

SAP:

<li>Ensure seamless integration with SFDC across modules.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor and validate SOAP-based integrations for accuracy and performance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support business process mapping and system harmonization.</li>
</ul>

Python/Tableau:

<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain data analytics dashboards and visualizations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Translate business requirements into actionable insights using Python scripts and Tableau reports.</li>
</ul>

Documentation &amp; Planning:

<li>Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).</li>

<li>Document workflows and knowledge bases using Confluence.</li>
</ul>

Agile &amp; Project Management:

<ul>
<li>Manage and track user stories, epics, and tasks in JIRA.</li>
</ul>

<li>Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standup.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure delivery time.</li>
</ul>

Governance &amp; Frameworks:

<li>Apply RGF (Requirement Governance Framework) to ensure compliance and traceability.</li>
</ul>

<li>Conduct impact analysis and change management assessments.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT, or related field (engineering).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product-based environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, DMS, and data visualization tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, SFDC, SAP, Python, and Tableau.</li>
