Key Responsibilities:

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Achieve project milestones , ensure high-quality deliverables, and maintain proactive communication by collaborating effectively with the team, client, and Sattva stakeholders</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead Monitoring and Evaluation (ME) with the team; including due diligence, field visits, co-creating Logical Framework Approach (LFA), and comprehensive impact assessment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design and implement employee engagement strategies in collaboration with the team</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Build and maintain strategic relationships with the clients</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Mentor team members and support cross-team collaboration</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Go beyond own deliverables to support others in the team where required</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work smoothly with peers and managers, demonstrating the ability to receive and provide constructive feedback</li>

Who We Are Looking For

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">6-8 years of comprehensive project and stakeholder management experience (preferably in social sector, CSR, or consulting)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Post-graduate degree preferred (MBA/Masters in Social Sciences/Development Studies)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Deep understanding of the roles of various stakeholders in the development landscape (corporate organizations, government, and non-profit)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Advanced knowledge of reporting, strategic planning, and Monitoring and Evaluation (ME) frameworks; with a proven track record of managing multiple projects</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Advanced interpersonal skills with client relationship management experience</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Self-driven with the ability to work in a team to lead complex initiatives</li>
</ul>
