Programme Delivery:

<li>Take ownership of specific work streams or deliverables within the programme, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.</li>

<li>Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or challenges that arise.</li>
</ul>

Stakeholder Coordination:

<li>Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Facilitate meetings, workshops, and other engagement activities to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

Operations Management:

<li>Anchor operations with the delivery lead for flagship initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and execution.</li>
</ul>

<li>Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing solutions as needed.</li>
</ul>

Documentation and Reporting:

<li>Prepare and maintain documentation related to project plans, timelines, and deliverables.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Generate regular reports on project progress, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of all project documentation, adhering to organizational standards and guidelines.</li>
</ul>

The Ideal Candidate

<li>4-6 years of work experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in social sciences, business administration, public policy, commerce or a related field; advanced degree preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Demonstrated expertise in programme management, with a focus on delivering high-impact initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience working in international development, corporate social responsibility, or related sectors is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Willingness to travel as required for project engagements.</li>
</ul>
