key responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Deliver high-quality documents consistently and work with the team and client to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Contribute to Monitoring and Evaluation (ME) tracks with allocated partners which would involve doing due diligence, co-creating LFA, and field visits</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordination and communication between onboarded implementation partners and the client</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Engage with stakeholders proactively with effective communication and build on the engagement to build a long term sustainable relationship.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support the client, in collaboration with the team, for engagement of employees in CSR projects</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Go beyond own deliverables to support others in the team where required</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work smoothly with peers and managers and is able to receive constructive feedback well </li>
</ul>
The Ideal Candidate 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">A minimum of 2+ years of project and stakeholder management experience (preferable if in the social sector)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">An understanding of the roles of various stakeholders in the development landscape (corporate organizations, government, and non-profit)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of communications and reporting is preferable</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Working knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation (ME) frameworks</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment as part of a closely- knit team</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail</li>
