What You'll Do

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design and execute short- and long-term sales strategies that directly impact our bottom line. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Be the coach your team looks up to – holding 1:1s, driving performance reviews, and helping them level up. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to align sales goals with company vision. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bring data to life – track metrics, identify trends, and steer the ship using real-time insights. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Stay ahead of the curve on market trends, tech solutions, and the ever-evolving sales landscape. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare sales forecasts and reports, offering strategic recommendations to senior leadership. </li>

What We're Looking For:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">8+ years of experience in Inside Sales and Account Management. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hands-on expertise in the end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting to closing. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong background managing inbound sales or outbound sales teams. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven success in hitting and exceeding sales goals. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Solid knowledge of IT products/services – especially SaaS. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Familiarity with CRMs, sales analytics, and data-driven decision-making. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">​High energy, highly accountable, and deeply customer-focused. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.</li>
