<li>Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, Service Portal, Integration Hub, or REST/SOAP Web Services, and AppEngine Studio</li>
</ul>

</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features</li>
</ul>

<li>Self-managed, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li>

Preferred Technical Skills:

<li>ServiceNow Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and preferred to be a Certified Implementation Specialist &amp; Certified Application Developer (CAD)</li>

<li>5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in a medium to large enterprise environment (7,500 employees or larger)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience with various web technologies (Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP) or comparable web design</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in developing and using orchestration and automation workflow</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in designing and developing SOAP and RESTful web services</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle</li>
</ul>
