Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design and implement complex AWS-enabled CI/CD platforms.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Be available to assist the Development team to enable them to fully utilize the CI/CD pipeline.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Evaluate, recommend and implement tools and technologies for DevOps.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage code deployments, fixes, updates and related processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Interact heavily with Management and the Development, Infrastructure and Security teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work closely with the Development team to enable them to fully utilize AWS technologies</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Actively troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and production, catching and solving issues before launch.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist with the automation our operational processes as needed, with accuracy and in compliance with our security requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Spread knowledge on an ongoing basis to all members of the software/IT team. Push for DevOps concepts whenever possible.</li>
</ul>

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Four (4) years experience in DevOps or a related field</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Extensive experience with core AWS platform architecture</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures, Linux administration, and AWS</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong scripting capability and ability to develop scripted AWS infrastructure</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Cloud Automation experience with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools such as Octopus Deploy, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Ruby, Python, Bash</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Familiarity with Microservice based architectures</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Extensive troubleshooting skills with the ability to spot issues before they become problems</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with project management and workflow tools such as Jira</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and processes to achieve commitments</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to assist the DevOps Manager in leading the team on projects as necessary</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills to all levels of the organization</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Process and technical documentation skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
