Role &amp; responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare, update, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports as per business requirements </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Extract and analyze data from various systems to generate actionable insights </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create dashboards and presentations for management review using Excel and/or BI tools </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Automate routine reports using Excel Macros, VBA, or other tools to improve efficiency </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Perform data validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate exception reports </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with different departments (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations) to collect, interpret, and deliver data-driven reports </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support ad hoc reporting needs of leadership and business stakeholders </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain data confidentiality and security while handling sensitive information </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify trends, variances, and root causes to support decision-making processes </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Continuously improve reporting processes and documentation standards </li>

Preferred candidate profile 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA); preference for candidates with a specialization in Statistics, Mathematics, IT, or Commerce </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Technical Skills: </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Charts, etc.) </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is an added advantage </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Basic understanding of Macros/VBA is desirable </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude </li>
