<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Budgeting, Forecasting &amp; MIS</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts in coordination with retail operations, merchandising, and marketing teams.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Track sales performance, margins, and store profitability.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Present monthly MIS dashboards highlighting sales trends, expense deviations, and profitability KPIs.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Analyze rent-to-sales ratio, manpower cost, and other retail performance indicators.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Business Partnering</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Act as a finance business partner to retail operations, providing financial insights for decision-making.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Evaluate new store proposals, ROCE, and payback analysis.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support marketing spend analysis and ROI tracking for campaigns and promotions.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Advise business teams on pricing, discounting, and margin improvement.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;"> Cost Control &amp; Process Improvement</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor controllable expenses (rent, utilities, manpower, and marketing).</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify areas of cost optimization across stores and HO.</li>
</ul>
