Key Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Provide recommendations to optimize operations, catalyst performance, operating conditions, cycle time, of products and units. Spearhead the identification and definition of enhancements and upgrades in current processes, equipment, and technologies, aiming to achieve higher production capacities and enhanced process efficiencies</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Evaluate and prioritize plant enhancements for PIOs, CAPEX, REVAMP projects, aligning with strategic objectives, resulting in targeted improvements and ROI</li>

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Benchmark performance, audit internal and external plant and energy performance, fostering data-driven decisions and identification of best practices</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Generate comprehensive technology comparison reports, empowering informed decisions in process optimization and investment</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Provide technical expertise to manufacturing, driving teams towards performance targets and operational excellence</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Provide support to R&amp;D for scale up and plant level trials. Conduct pilot studies, ensuring milestones are met, and offering insights for scaled-up implementation</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Execute commercial plant trials by validating new technologies and ensuring smooth transition from lab to production</li>
</ul>

<li> Create and maintain accurate simulation and APC models, enabling data-driven decision-making and predictive insights</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;"> Implement the recommendations based on the quarterly product performance benchmarking reports and help in addressing gaps</li>

KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES
 
<ul>
<li>Education Qualifications - Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from Premium Institute only </li>
<li>Experience 8-14+ years of relevant experience in Smart IT technology, chemical engineering, in Refining or Petrochemical Industry </li>
