Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Review all commercial agreements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify and mitigate potential commercial and contractual risks.</li>
</ul>

Financial Oversight &amp; Budget Control

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor project capex &amp; opex budgets and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with finance teams to ensure proper allocation of project costs.</li>
</ul>

Billing and Accounts Receivable Support

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with internal teams to manage billing cycles, invoice generation, and collections.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Track accounts receivable and support timely follow-ups to reduce outstanding dues.</li>
</ul>

Cross-Functional Collaboration

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work closely with project management, legal, procurement, and finance departments to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support cross-functional initiatives including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor onboarding.</li>

Compliance and Documentation

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure all commercial activities are documented and in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain records of vendor contracts, approvals, and commercial correspondence.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications

Education

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.</li>
</ul>

Experience

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial &amp; Finance management, preferably within the solar, renewable energy, construction, or real estate industries.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven track record in negotiating and managing large-scale contracts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in budgeting and cost control.</li>
</ul>
