Key Responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram (Meta Ads) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop, test, and scale lead generation and retargeting campaigns for both awareness and conversion.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA) and optimize campaigns for ROI.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create ad copies, work with the design team for visuals, and run A/B tests for creatives and audiences.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to drive campaign performance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Track daily performance and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure ad compliance with Meta and Google policies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with internal sales and design teams to align campaigns with business goals. </li>
</ul>
Required Skills &amp; Experience

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram) and Google Paid Ads.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to manage performance budgets and deliver results in lead generation &amp; conversion.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, SEMrush, or other ad optimization platforms is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred. </li>
