<h4 style="text-align:start;">Own the AI Product Vision</h4>

<ul>
<li>Define and lead the product roadmap for AI-driven capabilities across one or more verticals—e.g., Payments, Lending, Risk, Banking, etc.</li>
</ul>

<li>Collaborate with leadership to align AI strategy with Razorpay’s long-term product vision.</li>
</ul>

<h4 style="text-align:start;">Drive AI-First Problem Solving</h4>

<ul>
<li>Identify high-impact use cases where AI/ML can unlock efficiency, automation, or smarter decisioning.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Design to prototype and scale these solutions.</li>
</ul>

<h4 style="text-align:start;">Data with Empathy</h4>

<ul>
<li>Blend user research, data insights, and competitive analysis to deeply understand merchant pain-points.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prioritize problems and solutions that balance business goals, customer outcomes, and feasibility.</li>

<h4 style="text-align:start;">Execution Excellence</h4>

<ul>
<li>Write high-quality PRDs and own sprint planning with Engineering and DS teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch to iteration.</li>
</ul>

<h4 style="text-align:start;">Cross Functional Collab</h4>

<ul>
<li>Partner with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Business teams to embed AI thoughtfully.</li>
</ul>

<li>Co-create with ecosystem players where needed—e.g., AI fraud vendors, credit bureaus, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Shape GTM plans in collaboration with Product Marketing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Instrument performance tracking and continuously iterate based on feedback and outcomes.</li>
</ul>

<h3 style="text-align:start;">What we're looking for -</h3>

<ul>
<li>3–6 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or B2B SaaS.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Deep curiosity and foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts (you don’t have to code, but you should know what a model pipeline is).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>You’ve shipped or worked on AI/ML-powered products—personalization, recommendations, chatbots, risk scoring, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong analytical skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity and complex systems.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>First-principles thinker who also values speed and execution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to translate technical ideas into compelling customer value propositions. </li>
