Key Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Understand client needs and tailor solutions from the company’s product offerings to address pain points effectively.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Conduct impactful presentations and product demonstrations that align with client objectives.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead qualification, proposal generation, and contract negotiation.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets. </li>
</ul>
Required Skills and Qualifications

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Fintech or Banking exposure is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on new client acquisition.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong expertise in solution selling, consultative sales approaches, and crafting tailored pitches.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications

</ul>
