Roles and Responsibilities:

<li>Come up with a robust brand marketing strategy that takes forward the RazorpayX business</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ideate, collaborate, and drive rigorous execution against this strategy</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Drive brand marketing efforts across campaigns, social media, content, events &amp; community building</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare a structured framework for objectively measuring the efficacy of marketing efforts</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to drive consumer research independently and with agencies</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work with external agency partners, partner marketing channels, sales &amp; design teams in ensuring execution conformance</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the product marketing and growth teams to plan and execute new product launch GTMs that drive customer engagement, acquisition, and brand buzz.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate and drive automated cross-sell campaigns across the different Razorpay products to increase the number of products per customer.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experiment with marketing automation tools and create viral loops</li>
</ul>

Desired Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>3 - 5 years of overall marketing experience, fintech/ SAAS experience will be an advantage however not mandatory</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Minimum 3+ years of having managed marketing campaigns</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong creative &amp; soft skills combined with an affinity for data</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work with cross- functional counterparts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs, and drive results.</li>
</ul>
