What You'll Do

• Drive enterprise sales across key APAC markets with a focus on high-impact, long-cycle deals.

• Own and lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—across the APAC region, with a focus on enterprise customers in the hospitality, travel, or adjacent industries.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to regional nuances and customer segments, including market mapping and penetration plans.

• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.

• Understand client needs in depth and align our solutions to deliver measurable value.

• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to deliver unified client experience.

• Act as a voice of the customer, bringing back insights to influence product innovation and service improvements.

• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and reporting using CRM tools.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor movements to inform sales strategies and positioning.

• Leverage your industry knowledge to help customers anticipate future needs and position your solutions as strategic investments.
 
What you need to succeed:

• 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience in B2B or SaaS organisations, preferably with exposure to hospitality, travel tech, or related industries.

• At least 5 years of experience selling into or managing clients across the APAC region.

• Strong network of contacts across C-level and senior decision-making roles in APAC.

• Demonstrated success in building and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with enterprise customers.

• Think commercially and act decisively, using data and market insight to guide decisions and drive revenue growth.

• Excel in navigating complex enterprise deals, with a strong grasp of account strategy, relationship building, and consultative selling.

• Work cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experiences, aligning product, marketing, and customer success around shared goals.

• Graduation / post-graduation in related fields with excellent communication skills Attitude

• Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proactive approach to continuous learning and self-improvement

• Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying and solving problems
