<li style="margin-left:0px;">Consulting &amp; Advisory: Provide expert advice on payroll-related issues, statutory obligations, and changes in tax laws.</li>

Education &amp; Work Experience

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">4- 8 years of experience in payroll processing and consulting in India, with expertise in Indian labor laws, taxation, and compliance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li>
</ul>

Knowledge

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">In-depth understanding of Indian payroll systems and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, income tax, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience working with payroll software like SAP, ADP, Zoho Payroll, or other Indian payroll solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of Indian taxation, including TDS calculations, filings, and compliance with Indian Tax Department regulations.</li>
