Primary Responsibilities:

<li>Troubleshoot and debug accounting problems</li>

Additional Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle including invoice processing, verification, approval, and timely payment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Handle U.S.-based vendor accounts, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal financial policies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Process multi-currency transactions and ensure accurate FX conversion entries.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare AP reports, aging analysis, and payment forecasts for management review.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with procurement and other departments to ensure accurate purchase order and invoice matching.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities for AP.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work closely with auditors to provide required AP documentation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Educational qualifications preferred</li>
</ul>

<ul>

</ul>

<li>Field specialization: Accounting, Accounting and Business management, Accounting and Finance</li>

Skills &amp; Competencies

<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting practices and AP compliance.</li>
</ul>

<li>Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).</li>
</ul>

<li>Excellent MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
