Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li>Receiving/Dispatch Goods:- Maintains receiving,warehousing,and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Process Monitoring :- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Complies with federal,state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Goods Specification:- Ensure material coming in which sorting as per specifications Defined by customers prospected &amp; receive and storage in which specify temperature.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Inventory Management :- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage systems.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Warehouse Cost Planning :- Ensure costing should be on facility sale/dispatch value and manage the manpower/General &amp; Administrative expense accordingly.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Logistic Cost Planning :- Ensure logistic cost planning is managed on demand. Manage the cost fix vehicle cost and flexural vehicle and optimization of the distribution network.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>System Implementation :- Drive on the ground implementation of new technology/System/Process for the supply chain operation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Staff Training :- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Fill Rate: Ensure maintain the 100% fill rate as per demand.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Wastage Control : Tracking wastage material on SKU wise with temperature storage and Ensure at the time of receiving, do sorting &amp; grading and check quality.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Cycle Count :- Ensure doing Stock count on twice in a day and If find any discrepancy so, mark dump/weight loss in the system and send the remarks to finance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>MIS :- Controlling MIS (Management Information System) of the warehouse on daily basis for GRN, PRN, Wastage, Fillrate, Discrepancy, inbound/outbound detail and sent to Operation Business Head.</li>
</ul>
