Key Role Responsibilities:

<li>Build effective process &amp; SSC team SLA</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure that the creditors’ ledger is operated accurately, efficiently and to agreed timescale and ensure that the creditors are paid accurately and on time.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Follow accounting policies and procedures to ensure good practice for making payments</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure for Timely Processing, Query Resolution and Payment of AP invoices</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage daily Volumes / Queries relating from PO by meeting/ exceeding process targets</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Review, reconcile and prepare analysis for GL accounts related to AP</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with auditors for completing audit &amp; resolving audit queries</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist with monthly reconciliations and month end close process</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>To be responsible for month end processes, ensuring that monthly reconciliation of AP Control Account General Ledger</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Look at the opportunities to implement Automation and Process Improvement to make the processes more standard and efficient</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Transition of new activities, build effective SOPs &amp; train team</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Review and verify invoices for accuracy, appropriate approvals, and adherence to company policies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and legal requirements in all accounts payable activities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Publish Monthly/ weekly reports of the zone that is supported.</li>
</ul>

Skills &amp; Competencies:

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>4+ years’ experience in managing global functions like Accounts Payable.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in major ERPs like SAP/Oracle is a plus➢ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Flexible to work in shifts</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Flexible to work from office</li>
