Key Responsibilities:

<li>Proide personalized assistance to VIPs, repeat guests, and long-stay guests.</li>
</ul>

<li>Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain a strong presence in the lobby to assist and engage with guests.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with other departments Housekeeping, F&amp;B, Concierge, Reserations, etc. to ensure guest needs are met.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Promote hotel facilities, serices, and special offers to enhance guest experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist in arranging trael, transportation, sightseeing, and restaurant bookings.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain guest history records and ensure preferences are captured for future stays.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare welcome amenities, room inspections, and special arrangements for VIPs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure guest satisfaction sureys are completed and feedback is addressed.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Follow grooming standards, professional etiquette, and brand serice guidelines.</li>
