Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li>Design and develop interactive training materials, simulations, and context-sensitive help using SAP Enable Now. Mandatory to Have: Simulations and WBT experience</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business processes and translate them into effective learning content.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Implement in-application guidance (Web Assistant) for SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and other SAP modules.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage content lifecycle including versioning, publishing, and updates.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conduct workshops and training sessions for internal teams and end-users.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor usage and effectiveness of Enable Now content and optimize based on feedback.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with branding and instructional design standards.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Proven experience with SAP Enable Now (Producer, Manager, Web Assistant).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP business processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in instructional design and e-learning development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with SCORM, HTML5, and multimedia content creation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.</li>
</ul>
