<li>Proficiency with Scripting in ServiceNow involving GlideAPIs, JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions and Access Control Lists (ACLs).</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to design and configure ServiceNow reports and dashboards.</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience with integrations of ServiceNow with external systems through REST, SOAP, Integration Hub and Service Graph Connector.</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience with providing functional and technical support to business and liasioning with ServiceNow Support (HI).</li>
</ul>

<li>Testing experience with proven ability to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve issues.</li>

<li>Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Open to learn new technologies / ServiceNow modules.</li>
</ul>
