Key Responsibilities:

<li>Gather, analyze, and document HR business requirements, processes, and workflows.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Translate HR business needs into functional specifications for IT teams or HR technology vendors.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Act as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment on system enhancements, upgrades, or implementations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support configuration, testing, and implementation of HRIS platforms.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimize HR operations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings in both French and English.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Create user stories, use cases, business process models, and other standard BA documentation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist in change management, training material preparation, and end-user support during rollouts.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the HR domain.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Solid understanding of HR functions and HRIS systems.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficient in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Experience with international HR processes, especially across French-speaking regions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Good to have Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prior involvement in HR digital transformation or HRIS migration projects.</li>
</ul>
