<li style="margin-left:0px;">Dashboard and Report Development: Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Data Integration: Integrate data from various systems and sources to provide a comprehensive view of business performance. Ensure data consistency and accuracy across different data sets.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks in BI solutions and optimize query performance, data processing, and report rendering. Continuously monitor and finetune the performance of BI applications. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards. Implement appropriate security measures to protect sensitive data.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Documentation and Training: Document the technical specifications, data models, ETL processes, and BI solution configurations. Provide training and support to end-users to enable them to effectively use and interpret the BI solutions.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery. </li>
</ul>
Experience:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Master/ bachelors degree in IT or relevant and having a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with one or more BI tools such as Power BI.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of data visualization best practices and ability to create compelling data visualizations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. </li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
