KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operations &amp; Finance Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead end-to-end A2R processes: Asset accounting, Tax &amp; Interco, Treasury, GL close &amp; reporting. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, internal control frameworks, and SOX. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Local subject matter expert (SME) for finance operations; provide proximity support to CHC business. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive monthly and annual closing, financial statements, and external reporting activities. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Supervise local A2R teams, manage resource allocation, performance, and development. </li>
</ul>
2. Governance &amp; Stakeholder Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Serve as local GBS interface for transversal matters: Source-to-Value (S2V), Customer Invoice to Cash (CI2C), and HR Services (HRS). </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Participate in country committees and action plan follow-ups with service line stakeholders. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Sign-off on financial data accuracy at LE level for local and group reporting (Solar platform). </li>
</ul>
3. Leadership &amp; People Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead and coach country/MCO A2R teams. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage staffing: hiring, development, performance management, recognition. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Foster a results-driven, compliant, and service-oriented culture. </li>

4. Continuous Improvement &amp; Transformation

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify and implement process improvements, eliminate inefficiencies, and promote automation. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support core model knowledge transfer and documentation. </li>

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE &amp; BACKGROUND

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Master's or Graduate degree in Finance/Accounting. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">1015 years of experience in A2R within multinational companies. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Demonstrated success in leading finance operations and managing dispersed teams. </li>
