Responsibilities:

<li>Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of blockchain applications · </li>
<li>Design and implement secure and scalable smart contracts and DApps · </li>
<li>Collaborate with product managers, architects and stakeholders to define blockchain solutions · </li>
<li>Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain frameworks based on project needs (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana) · </li>
<li>Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards and ensure high-quality deliverables · </li>
<li>Mentor and guide junior blockchain developers · </li>
<li>Keep abreast of emerging trends, tools and technologies in the blockchain ecosystem · </li>
<li>Ensure security best practices are followed in all blockchain implementations · </li>
<li>Create documentation and technical architecture diagrams</li>
</ul>

Mandatory skill sets:

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">4+ years of experience in blockchain application development · </li>
<li>Strong expertise in developing smart contracts using Solidity or Rust · </li>
<li>Proficiency in Ethereum and/or other blockchain platforms such as Hyperledger Fabric, Corda or Solana · </li>
<li>Experience with blockchain development tools like Truffle, Hardhat, Ganache, Remix or Brownie · </li>
<li>Solid understanding of cryptographic principles (hashing, digital signatures, encryption) · </li>
<li>Strong programming background in languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, Python or Go · </li>
<li>Experience with Web3 libraries (web3.js, ethers.js) · </li>
<li>Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines</li>
</ul>

Preferred skill sets:

<li style="text-align:start;">Experience with DeFi, NFTs or DAO-based projects · </li>
<li>Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions (Polygon, Optimism, zkRollups) · </li>
<li>Knowledge of IPFS, decentralized storage and oracles (e.g., Chainlink) · </li>
<li>Experience in integrating blockchain with frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js) · </li>
<li>Understanding of consensus algorithms (PoW, PoS, DPoS, PBFT)</li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Exposure to cloud infrastructure and containerization (AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)</li>
