Role &amp; responsibilities

<li style="text-align:start;">Overall 10+ years of experience in data analytics, data modeling and report development </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>6+ years of reports / data visualization development experience using Microsoft power BI. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with additional BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx, Grafana and other similar platforms. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven experience in a lead / senior role overseeing power bi projects and teams. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Extensive experience in front-end and back-end development. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Power BI integration with external systems and other test Microsoft / Non-Microsoft platforms </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Power BI Integration with third party apps (e.g., excel, Grafana, Oracle, SQL etc.) </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven Experience in designing and developing Grafana dashboards </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>SQL Server and Data Verse knowledge to integrate with Power BI. In depth knowledge of handling data via relational / non-relational DBs </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understanding of various access levels and access group creations for dashboard security </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Creating comprehensive documentation for power BI solutions including best practices, user guides and design specifications. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Analytical abilities and must understand various degree of KPIs, SLA and transactional metrics reporting (QA specific recommended but any industry knowledge with the fundamentals is good) </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Basic to Intermediate knowledge of stored procedure in SQL </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Understanding of basic AI workings and integrations </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Creation and integration of Power Automate flows </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work and suggest alternate solutions and design in for designing and architecting Dashboards </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Working knowledge and experience working on development teams using software development methodologies/processes and best practices. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience presenting and training internal and external stakeholders to include senior leaders. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent written/verbal communication and multi-tasking skills </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Commitment to quality and attention to detail </li>
