</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Processes, Subprocesses, and Activities as well as their relationship</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Internal control concepts (e.g., Preventive Controls; Detective Controls; Antifraud Controls; etc.)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">IT System(s) in use/ ERP Environment</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Other applicable common laws (e.g., Income Tax Act 1967, Companies Act 1956, Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, etc.)</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Comfortable working on an IC model or leading a team of Specialist/ Associate</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaboration with the different stakeholders on the complex assessment issues to develop possible recommendations</li>
