Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with Interior Design Team and clients on Daily Basis.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should be expert in reviewing drawing w.r.t. design &amp; specification for implementation at the site.</li>
</ul>

On-Site Supervision:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Oversee day-to-day operations at project sites to ensure work aligns with design plans and quality standards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor the performance of contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with Design &amp; Drawings.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct daily site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.</li>
</ul>

Team Management:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to maintain project progress.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Communicate tasks, deadlines, and expectations clearly to Vendors &amp; Contractors.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Facilitate effective collaboration between all project stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure projects adhere to all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Perform quality checks at various stages to ensure the final deliverable meets client expectations.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Address and resolve any discrepancies or non-conformities during execution.</li>
</ul>

Client Communication:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.</li>
</ul>

</ul>

Documentation and Reporting:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and schedules.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and client review.</li>
</ul>
