<ol>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">At least 3-4 years in any actuarial sub function of a life insurance or reinsurance company </li>

2. Has an experience of team management

3. Has strong and clear communication skills

4. Would prefer someone who has cleared a few actuarial exams
