Role &amp; responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3+ year of experience as an managing complete revenue processing, invoice payment processing, sharing payment advice to vendors as per the PO and agreements, tracking payment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Creating Term-sheets for renewal of existing contracts and agreements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Creating Purchase Requisition for IT assets (Capex and Opex), Software and licenses and sharing the same with Procurement team for timely renewal and processing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Timely submission of invoices and tracking the payment with the Finance team and resolve the billing issues.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers and other stakeholder.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage the purchasing, ordering and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Preparing and submitting monthly provision of the pending payments with finance team.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Tracking pending payments of invoices and resolving the issues within the department and vendors.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Also experience in Managing calendars</li>
</ul>
