Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering: - Collaborate with stakeholders including business users and cross-functional teams, to gather and document business requirements. - Facilitate discussions to understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications.

2. Business Requirement Document (BRD) Creation: - Translate requirements to detailed specifications and use cases. - Develop comprehensive BRDs that clearly define business requirements, objectives, and desired outcomes - Ensure accuracy in the BRD and alignment with the strategic goals of the organization

3. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with IT, operations and business teams to ensure seamless implementation of projects and solutions. - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.

4. Evaluate process, identify inefficiencies and propose workflows: - Understand the existing process for retail and group systems, look for gaps or redundancy in the process/system and suggest improvement - Design workflows and figma screens for the proposed process. 
Key Skills &amp; Qualification:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Education: Bachelors degree in IT or Information System.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Masters degree is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the product development preferably in BFSI.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Insurance industry is a plus </li>
